Dirapo’s Role and Limitations

• Independent Search Platform: Dirapo is a rental search platform that redirects users to third-party rental listings. It does not broker or coordinate real estate transactions, schedule property viewings or meetings, nor facilitate communications between users and real estate agents or property owners.

• No Control Over Listings: Dirapo has no control over the content or availability of external listings. It is not responsible for any inaccuracies, changes in property availability, or misrepresentations in those third-party listings.

Third-Party Content Disclaimer

• Third-Party Listings and Content: Dirapo displays rental listings, images, and descriptive text from third-party sources (including but not limited to Facebook, real estate marketplaces, etc.) for the convenience of its users.

• No Ownership or Verification: Dirapo does not own, edit, verify, or control the content of these third-party listings, images, or descriptions. Accordingly, Dirapo is not liable for any intellectual property claims, inaccuracies, or misleading information that may be contained in such content.

• User Acknowledgement: Users acknowledge and agree that listings, images, and content provided by third parties may be outdated, incorrect, or subject to copyright and other intellectual property claims. Users agree that Dirapo bears no responsibility for any issues or disputes arising from such third-party content.

User Responsibilities

• Due Diligence: Users are responsible for independently verifying all property details and conducting their own due diligence. This includes personally inspecting properties (where possible), confirming the accuracy of listing information, and contacting landlords or agents directly for further information.

• Direct Transactions at User’s Risk: Any rental transaction or agreement resulting from use of Dirapo is entered into directly between the user and the third-party listing provider (e.g., landlord or agent). Users assume all risks associated with these transactions. Dirapo is not a party to any agreement between users and third parties and does not oversee or guarantee any aspect of such transactions.

• No Advice Provided: Users acknowledge that Dirapo does not provide real estate, legal, financial, or any other professional advice. Any decisions or actions taken by the user in connection with a rental listing are made at the user’s own discretion and risk.

• Caution Against Fraud: Dirapo is not responsible for fraudulent listings, scams, or any misconduct by third parties. Users must exercise caution and common sense when dealing with prospective landlords or agents, and promptly report any suspicious listings or behavior.

Privacy Policy

• Data Collection and Use: Dirapo collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Israeli privacy laws. Any personal information provided by users will be handled as outlined in Dirapo’s Privacy Policy and in compliance with these regulations.

• User Data Rights: Users have the right to request access to their personal data held by Dirapo, and to request correction or deletion of such data, as provided by law. Dirapo will respond to such requests within the timeframes established by GDPR and Israeli law.

• Analytics and Improvement: Dirapo may collect data on user interactions, device information, and other analytics (usage statistics) to improve its services and user experience. By using the platform, users consent to this data collection and processing for the purposes of functionality enhancement, troubleshooting, and service improvement. All data collection is performed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and relevant data protection laws.

Limitation of Liability

• No Liability for Platform Use: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dirapo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from or related to the use of the platform or services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages or losses resulting from property listing inaccuracies or errors, changes in property availability, any transaction or communication disputes between users and third parties (such as landlords or agents), fraudulent listings or scams, or legal issues arising from rental agreements initiated through Dirapo. Users agree that they use the platform entirely at their own risk.

• No Warranty of Service: Dirapo provides its platform and content on an “as is” and “as available” basis and makes no warranties or representations of any kind. Dirapo does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. In addition, Dirapo does not guarantee the continued availability of any particular listing or content on the platform.
